About Simplif-i
Why we built Simplif-i.
In a growing company, the work that keeps the business in control is spread across spreadsheets, shared drives, inboxes and outside advisers: the risk register, the statutory registers, supplier contracts, project plans and the board pack. Someone has to piece it all together, usually the COO or operations lead, usually late.
Simplif-i brings that work into one connected workspace so information entered once carries through to the places that need it, responsibilities have owners, and leadership can see what needs attention. It draws on hands-on experience across operations, governance, technology, delivery and acquisitions.

I started Simplif-i because I kept seeing the same problem in growing companies: the work that keeps a business in control is spread across spreadsheets, shared drives, inboxes and outside advisers, and someone senior ends up piecing it together by hand, usually late.
Simplif-i is my answer to that. One connected workspace where information is entered once and carries through to the places that need it, every responsibility has an owner, and leadership can see what needs attention without chasing updates.
